The History of A NachO
Nachos is a regional dish that comes from northern Mexico. The regional Nacho was created with heated tortilla chips or "totopos" covered with melted cheese and served often as a snack or appetizer. Nachos Mexican Grill And More puts a fun twist on this by adding some of your favorite toppings making this the main course!

1946
Ignacio "El Nacho" Anaya created the dish in 1940. The original nachos consisted of fried corn tortilla chips covered with melted cheese and sliced jalapeño peppers. We think it's time for a revamp!
